Growth Marketer – Part‑Time, Global Running Company (Room to Grow into Head of Marketing)Join Go Running Tours , a global running‑tour operator, as a Growth Marketer to drive marketing activities for both B2C and B2B clients across growing markets. Key responsibilities include: Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and emerging platforms. Develop, optimise and automate email marketing flows and newsletters. Research new channels and markets, test initiatives, scale successful campaigns. Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities and pitch bold ideas. Work closely with leadership to help the company expand new destinations and services. Essential qualifications: Strong analytical mindset and structured approach. Creative copywriting and data‑driven optimisation. Experience with email marketing, automation tools, and paid media. Ability to execute, collaborate and drive growth initiatives. Passion for running and cross‑cultural collaboration. Contract details are as follows: USD 1,400 per month. 25 hours a week. Managed via Upwork. Part‑time, remote with 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week. We value work‑life balance; the role supports part‑time engagement and is unsuitable for 60+ hour weeks.
