Job Responsibilities
  • Engaged in Keeta Brazil's AP accounting work, mainly focusing on procurement payments and expense reimbursements.
  • Engaged in daily voucher check to ensure timely and accurate payment, and JE entry to ensure compliance and reliability in accounting.
  • Identify AP accounting issues and risks, and propose solutions and measures.
  • Lead or participate in specialized projects, focus on AP processes and systems improvement, to enhance work efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in finance, accounting or related majors.
  • Written and oral ability in both Portuguese and English; Chinese is preferred.
  • Having AP accounting experience; Familiarity with Brazilian financial and tax policies and practice is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with other departments to deal with problems.
  • Have basic IT system knowledge; relevant experience in system establishment or integration is preferred.
