Stronger together, we promote an environment where individuals can thrive.The function of the LATAM Energy Analyst is to provide supporting analysis for the LATAM Client Managers and LATAM Sales personnel.The Purpose is to provide more time for the Client Managers and Sales Personnel to focus on creating solutions and interacting with clients and prospects.The primary responsibilities are:1) Downloading CCEE´s reports, which is done manually, send CCEE summary reports to existing clients, and monitor the days that the CCEE reports are released and the due dates;2) Bill Validation & Audit for existing LATAM clients;3) Elaborate and send to the existing clients the consumption forecast every Monday;4) Request Supplier and Distribution company invoices on behalf of our existing clients;5) Update the technical graphs and maps of the Weekly and Monthly Intelligence Reports that we deliver to our clients;6) Support the Client Manager LATAM in the develop and preparation of the Monthly Savings Reports;7) Support the Client Manager LATAM in delivering the World Kinect Online (WKOL) Reporting and Cost Breakdown and keep track of the information available to the clients using WKOL;8) Elaborate and prepare feasibility studies to migrate to the Open Access Market;9) Support the Client Managers and the Sustainability team in delivery the procedures to issue and retire the I-RECs with the renewable generator clients in Latin America;10) Support the Client Manager LATAM in the invoicing process with existing clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor the CCEE compliance / mandatory processes and procedures alongside the Client Manager LATAM;- Monitor WKOL information updates for existing clients in Latin America;- Support Client Manager LATAM in presentations and analysis for existing LATAM clients;- Support Sales Manager LATAM in presentation and feasibility studies for LATAM prospects;- Regular updating of the delivery schedules of the Open Access Markets compliance procedures;- Support the Client Manager LATAM and the Sustainability team in the I-REC´s processes and procedures in the negotiations with Renewable Power Plants and End-users;- Support, both the Client Manager LATAM and the Sales Manager LATAM, to analyze and interpret LATAM data on marketplace trends, competitors, customers, suppliers, and market changes. The data and business development insight are expected to generate actionable recommendations for Kinect existing clients;- Monitor contractual adjustments, terms of supply contracts, updates of commercial conditions and the deadlines of automatic renewals of supply contracts.
