Facilities Manager Lead

As a facilities manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include managing project scope, budget, and schedule, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external contractors. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and building codes, as well as overseeing construction and maintenance activities. This role requires strong project management skills, including experience with project planning tools, scheduling software, and risk management techniques. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of building systems, food manufacturing processes, and financial acumen. Effective communication and leadership skills are also essential for this role, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage project scope, budget, and schedule Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building codes Oversee construction and maintenance activities Requirements: Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and verbal) Project Management Expertise: Experience managing similar projects Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building systems and food manufacturing processes Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting and cost management Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess situations and implement solutions
