Robotics Specialist Technician The Robotics Specialist Technician will be the technical pillar for supporting, analyzing, and developing applications with our service robots. This position requires an analytical professional with strong communication skills and the availability to act as the main technical interlocutor, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed research and analysis of defects, identifying root causes in collaboration with the engineering team. Provide remote technical support and, when necessary, on-site support for demonstrations, installations, and corrective and preventive maintenance. Act as the technical point of contact for matters related to the robot line, negotiating and aligning expectations. Consolidate and interpret operational data from the robots, using tools such as spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to generate performance reports, incidents, and metrics. Apply analytical and critical thinking to the collected data to propose improvements to products and processes. Develop small applications and customizations for service robots, focusing on cleaning and delivery, optimizing functionality and interface. Test and validate new applications and software updates in controlled and customer environments. Possess excellent English communication skills for writing and reading manuals as technical documentation, and exchanging emails with suppliers and headquarters. Good in meetings with customers, building rapport. Deal with manufacturers and suppliers during unconventional hours, ensuring operational continuity. Mandatory Requirements Technical Degree or ongoing Higher Education in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or related fields. Solid knowledge in robotics, including operating principles, sensors, actuators, and control systems. Familiar with AI Tools (Gemini, DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Generative AI). Proven experience with spreadsheet tools for data consolidation, report generation, and analysis. English proficiency for technical reading, writing, and business speaking. Availability for travel and customer visits (≈80% of the time), plus flexibility to work unconventional hours for support and contact with manufacturers. Operates under the Time Bank (Banco de Horas) system. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for solving complex problems. Valid National Driver's License (category B). Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with service robots, especially in cleaning and delivery applications. Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++). Experience with remote and on-site technical customer support. Technical documentation writing skills. Desired Behavioral Competencies Proactivity and autonomy. Excellent interpersonal communication.
