**Id da vaga**:23610**Cargo**:Technical Planner - Especialista**Diretoria**:Business Support Officer**Breakdown**:Supply Chain Management**UO**:Supply Chain Technical Planning**Regional**: TIM SA Headquarter**Estado**:RIO DE JANEIRO**Cidade**:RIO DE JANEIRO**Descrição do perfil**Responsável por realizar a liderança técnica da equipe e suportar a gestão operacional da cadeia logística, acompanhando os indicadores de performance e gerando ações para melhoria, realizando atendimento dos clientes internos e externos, elaborando análises conforme demanda.**Principais atividades**- Gerir o estoque a nível Brasil dos equipamentos/produtos utilizados para atender projetos e abastecimento de todos os canais;- Acompanhar os KPIs e notificações de performances e entrega fora da meta estipulada para o processo;- Suportar o desenvolvimento e implementação dos projetos da área- Propor e gerir ações para garantir o atendimento das metas e indicadores;- Acompanhar e suportar as demais pessoas da equipe para garantir as entregas e os prazos das demandas e do dia a dia;- Buscar oportunidades diárias para melhorar o abastecimentos dos CDL, Lojas e Canteiros;- Garantir a execução e aderência dos processos SOX;- Acompanhar os contratos vigentes junto ao time;- Controlar a execução do plano de atendimento/orçamento (Realizado vs orçado);- Analisar e controlar os materias em poder de terceiros;- Manutenção dos Manuais e Procedimentos da área;- Sugerir e promover melhoria nos processos atuais;- Elaborar apresentações/reports gerenciais.**Conhecimento, experiência e formação**- Experiência em planejamento logístico- Desejável experiência em mapeamento de projetos e processos;- Desejável conhecimento em controles SOX- Power BI;- Power Point e Excel Avançado;- Desejável SAP;- Desejável SQL e Acess;- Superioer completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Economia e área afins;- Desejável especialização em Supply Chain.
