This role requires a high degree of creative thinking and a strong willingness to learn, as you will be working with the latest in Generative AI tools and frameworks. The Agentic AI Engineer explores emerging technologies, promotes new development approaches, and helps shape the standards for intelligent automation, playing a fundamental role in advancing the company's AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities and Duties Lead the design, architecture, and development of autonomous AI Agents, leveraging LLMs, advanced techniques such as RAG, and agent-specific frameworks; Develop full-stack applications that support and interact with AI Agents, using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.Js to build the necessary interfaces and systems; Explore and experiment with emerging technologies and frameworks in the agentic space, fostering innovation and shaping best practices; Collaborate with product and design teams to define the behavior, capabilities, and goals of AI Agents, translating business requirements into robust agentic solutions; Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and documentation, while mentoring other engineers on development best practices. Essential Skills Solid experience in software engineering, with proven expertise in writing clean, maintainable code and leveraging modern CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and automate delivery; Hands-on andup-to-date knowledge of Generative AI, including experience building and implementing features with LLMs in real-world products; Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including system design, API architecture, code quality, and testing. Highly Desirable Skills Experience in designing GenAI solutions architecture, agent frameworks, and advanced techniques such as RAG; Knowledge ofNatural Language Processing (NLP) applied to production-grade systems; Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, including proficiency with modern frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAI for the purpose of building, testing, and deploying autonomous, goal-oriented agents.
