As a fast-growing business with an immediate need to innovatively build out our talent infrastructure, we’re looking for a dynamic professional who is keen to work in an agile and evolving business environment.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and strategic PR Manager to join our Brazil team and help shape the public narrative around SHEIN. This role is part of our Global PR structure and is critical for strengthening the brand’s image, reputation, and communications across the Brazilian market. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller at heart, with strong media relationships, and the ability to align PR efforts with business goals, corporate priorities, and brand initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProtect and enhance SHEIN’s corporate reputation in Brazil across key stakeholder audiences.Support the development and execution of PR strategies across corporate and brand PR pillars, ensuring alignment with global narratives and local market realities.Craft compelling press materials including releases, media briefings, Q&As, and statements tailored to corporate and brand topics.Manage the PR agency of record in Brazil, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient KPI delivery across all campaigns.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Legal, Government Relations, ESG, and Customer Service to identify opportunities and risks.Oversee media monitoring, reporting, and measurement processes, including vendor supervision.Act as a day-to-day point of contact for journalists, building strong relationships with top-tier outlets and journalists across business, retail, lifestyle, and tech beats.Support the execution of brand campaigns, store openings, influencer activations, and media briefings.Provide strategic counsel during reputation-sensitive moments, crisis management episodes, or major public affairs developments.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism;
MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus.9+ years of experience in public relations, including agency and in-house roles.Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with Tier 1 media.Demonstrated experience managing PR campaigns across corporate and consumer verticals.Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in both English and Portuguese.Fluent in English (written and oral);
Spanish is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects, navigate ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines across time zones.High level of professional maturity, discretion, and business acumen.Familiarity with Brazil’s media landscape, including e-commerce, retail, fashion, public policy, and digital transformation topics.At Shein, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
