Job Opportunity: Workforce Management Specialist Optimizing workforce management solutions for clients is a core responsibility of this role. Key tasks involve providing consultative and technical support to clients and internal teams, delivering projects aligned with best-practice methodologies. Drafting requirement assessment workshops with senior client representatives. Designing a solution that fits customer needs while minimizing deviations from standard functionalities. Creating functional and technical solution design documents. Collaborating with an offshore technical team to build the solution and address their queries. Training key users of the client organization. Managing user acceptance tests with the client. Closely working with project managers to ensure alignment with project milestones and timely billing. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Mandatory experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management systems. Advanced English language proficiency (B2-C1). Expertise in requirement gathering and solution design. Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT is highly valued. Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, on-time technology and business solutions to diverse clients. Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues and clients. Able to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal supervision. Able to collaborate with clients, identify follow-on engagement opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.
