To build and maintain relationship with relevant stakeholders in schools in order to ensure service offer meet their needs, acting as well as a champion for collaboration between market and OUP. To work closely with Promotions team in order to exploit opportunities for increasing revenue within schools. To plan, implement and assess continuous development programs for internal customers.The role should be based in **São Paulo City** and it will report to the Partner Relationship Coordinator.This role will be accountable for and will be supporting the following specific activities:- To develop, deliver and assess Service Offer to different customers types ensuring that it brings quality, scalability and return on the investment.- To focus on post sales experience so that to create a high customer satisfaction that leads to business renewal- To work closely with Promotions team supporting them when specialized service and product consultancy is needed by either giving orientation and/or doing joint visits- To support the implementation of Assessment offer in Brazil, helping plan activities, guide OUP team, assess prospects and support team within situ implementation when needed- To implement and assess professional development programs for internal and external customers so that they are equipped to perform their tasks in an effective way**About you**- University degree on related areas- C1 level of English- ELT/EMI/CLIL teaching experience- Understanding of Brazilian Educational System- Confident in the use of digital data and IT literate.- A passion to succeed, be curious with a willingness to go the extra mile to succeed.***Queries
