Infor LN Cloud Consultant / Testing for Brazil Support Project Objective: The project involves transitioning from the legacy BaaN system to Infor LN Cloud Edition globally, including Brazil. Responsibilities Lead the initial knowledge transition by gathering information from Portuguese‑speaking SMEs and incumbent teams, and sharing it with the AMS team in English. Develop process and solution understanding documentation in English. Act as a liaison between the Brazil-based teams (client and incumbent) and the India-based AMS team. Provide initial AMS support for Infor LN Cloud Edition and help establish service stability post go‑live. Required Skills Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English – reading, writing, and listening. Hands‑on ERP experience in Finance and Logistics, specifically with Infor LN. Experience in configuring and managing Brazil localization packages within ERP systems. Strong understanding of the Nota Fiscal process.
