For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.Reporting to the Head of Finance - Americas, the Finance Analyst will play a key role in the financial & commercial management of the APAC region.The role will partner with the Business on finance matters including financial analysis, forecasting and bidding. This is an exciting role that will involve regular interaction with business leaders and provide excellent opportunities for career development in a rapidly growing region.The Opportunity:**In this role you will**:- Assist in the monthly accounts cycle, reviewing financials to ensure accuracy and understanding of results: Detailed earnings review; Variance Analysis of Revenue and Costs; WIP Analysis; Debtors Analysis; and Prepare monthly Management Review Presentation- Forecasting - Share insights and provide clarity to the business on forecasting including: Monthly Revenue forecast; Salesforce Pipeline analysis; Resource Cost Forecasting; Weekly Cashflow forecasting; and Support annual Budgeting and long range Forecast process;- Provide ad hoc commercial analysis support: Partner with the business on bids, business plans, tenders; Contract Reviews; and Job Profitability/Utilisation Review**We would love to hear from you if you**:- Have 4+ years experience in finance or accounting- Have experience working within a multicurrency environment- Are fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills- Are an experience user of Microsoft Excel- Are detail oriented and quality focused- Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment- Thrive in a hands-on environment focusing on innovation, resourcefulness, and velocity- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and funAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.About us:Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
