Human by nature.Purpose of the roleManage site controlling activities for Sao Paulo, BrazilSupport the business controlling network by providing local informationEnsure full finance integration into operationsSupport site-level projectsActively involve and challenge decisionsCore ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial information for management and stakeholders, including Group, Division, Regional, and Functional ControllingParticipate in site operations meetings to enhance financial visibility and support site activitiesManage costing activities and COGS analysisContribute to site projects aimed at process and cost improvementsAssist in developing and analyzing business plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving strategiesSupport month-end financial close processesReview P&L analyses, identify variances, and recommend corrective actionsManage the annual site budget processCollaborate with engineers and management on capital proposals and value realizationEnsure compliance with Corporate Finance guidelinesTechnical SkillsSAP FI/COAdvanced Excel skillsKnowledge of costing processesProject ManagementBusiness acumenPrimary QualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or professional accountancy qualificationOver 7 years of controlling/finance experience in manufacturingBenefitsMedical and Dental plans for you and dependentsLife InsuranceAdditional benefits to be shared during the processReports toRegional Operations ControllerOperationally to respective Operations Controlling organizationAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
