Administrador Salesforce

• Handle all basic administrative functions including object creation, workflows, assignment rules and other routine tasks.
• Assess the impact of new requirements on the GTNA Salesforce org, along with all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
• Implement and maintain solutions for both Customer and Partner Communities
• Develop, maintain and continuously grow a reusable repository of tools, templates, best practices and methodologies to manage the solutions and initiatives being deployed within the GTNA Salesforce org.
• Assist in training and / or mentoring of new members of the Salesforce team.
• Under self-direction, provide technical & functional support for Salesforce including:
  • System modifications relative to business change and user need,
  • Resolution of technical application issues,
  • Provide solution support to the end user community & potentially through line of business teams,
  • Support of the transition of data to Salesforce,
  • Delivery of data analytics (reporting, dashboards, etc.) in support of business functions

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the solution definition, configuration and maintenance of new and existing solutions enabled within the Group Truck NA (GTNA) Salesforce org, using Sales and ExperienceCloud to build the ideal user experience.

You will work in an environment focused on inclusion, value creation and innovation with our internal network of employees and partners within Digital & IT, Regions, Dealers and Customer. As a part of which you will develop stronger working relationships with our cross-functional chapters and teams impacting the digital experience within Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks North America.

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with all members of the GTNA Salesforce team and interface with users and stakeholders to develop and enhance solutions based on user feedback and architectural requirements. As a part of a team centric environment with a culture of innovation that seeks input and ideas to become part of the solution, this presents the opportunity to influence the way of working and drive continuous improvement within the enabled solutions. The Salesforce Administrator will also have the chance to interact with members of the global Volvo Group Salesforce ecosystem and be expected to assist in mentoring other Salesforce resources on configuration, testing, delivery & training best practices.
