**Job Description**:
Sales Support Coordinator, responsible for:
- Active customer support and project communication
- CRM and sales funnel support for the sales team, including initial outreach to identified prospects
- Prospect generation support and Social Media activation, coordinating with marketing on the use of social media platforms to support overall lead-generation and content approaches for sales team effectiveness
**Responsibilities**:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Customer meeting preparation (i.e QBRs)
- Participate in internal customer project related meetings as needed
- Collaborate with other departments (internal marketing) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
- Keeping track of renewals and assisting in writing-related SOWs
CRM & SALES FUNNEL SUPPORT
- Management of Hubspot, creating messaging sequences
- Hubspot Hygiene for Prospects: ensuring CRM is up to date with clear notes/next steps
PROSPECT-GENERATION & SOCIAL MEDIA ACTIVATION
- Prospect and market research, identifying companies that fit Metal Toad's 'customer profile,' establishing a contact plan and executing
- Prospect reach-out direct and via social channels, including LinkedIn Navigator
- Work with marketing to build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Coordinate with marketing and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Post-sale: ensuring finance and production have the information they need to execute post-sale processes, including account and billing set-up, Hubspot updates, kick-off documentation
**Requirements**:
- Experience in CRM and account management
- Experience in social media marketing
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability, self starter
- Deep and demonstrable experience in the major social marketing and professional platforms: IG, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Twitter, etc
- A desire to learn about Machine Learning at the business, not technical level
- Relationship development skills
- Fluency in English
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
