**About the role**
The Consultant will act as a specialist in the project, bringing technical and strategic expertise to the implementation of solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing scenarios, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the team in strategic decision-making.
**Competencies**
- At least six years of experience in a consulting environment, **leading projects in safety, operational efficiency, and cultural transformation.**
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
- Analytical skills to **diagnose problems** and **recommend effective solutions**.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and related frameworks.
- Experience in **operational and occupational risk assessment** and management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and interactions with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in **data analysis** tools and p**erformance indicators**.
