To be plural is to value and respect differences.**RDI joined the Capgemini group in 2017, which has 360,000 collaborators in almost 50 countries.**Our Purpose**Support our partner by increasing product deliveries and leveraging high-end technology to transform the customer experience.**Our Vision**Provide remarkable experience for our PEOPLE and our partner**Responsibilities**- Responsible for designing and implementing microservices-based solutions and strategy, as well as driving the adoption process of microservices within the organization.- Translate high-level technical definitions into executable solutions.- Estimate efforts for requested activities and support ongoing products/systems.- Develop and refine software features, assess implementation feasibility, and handle customer support tasks.- Manage change requests and enhancements, assisting with requirement progression through release processes.- Document procedures, testing phases, and recommendations for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).- Record and report team performance metrics.- Creates documentation as needed.**Requeriments**- 3+ years as a Developer- Relevant experience with microservices architecture- Great English skills - you will collaborate with global teams- Java 8+- XML, JSON- Frameworks: Spring, Struts, REST Services, Angular- Databases: SQL, NoSQL- Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Message Queues, Caching systems**Desirable skills**- Development for modern operating systems (Windows/Linux).- Knowledge of NodeJS, AWS (e.g., EC2, EKS, SQS, Redis), GCP (e.g., GCE, Pub/Sub), and Terraform.- Experience with debugging, client/backend layers, and monitoring tools (e.g., NewRelic).- Familiarity with scripting (Shell, Python) and participating in international technical meetings.**Additional Preferences**:- Hands-on experience with:- RESTful APIs, Swagger, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.- Cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and RDBMS, PostgreSQL queries.- Production support and SLA ticket handling.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and responsive design principles.**Personal skills**- Creative when solving problems and is continuously seeking improvements for processes and solutions.- Being flexible and goal oriented- Execute for results- Lead change and innovation- Team player profile- Prompted pressure- Be protagonist- Know how to solve problems in an effective manner- Share knowledge with the rest of the company.- Open and clear communication- Celebrate achievements**What we offer**- Flexible & partial home office policy- Meal voucher (R$ 37,95 per working day)- Bradesco health insurance (No discount and no co-payment - extends to dependents)- Bradesco dental insurance (No discount and no co-payment - extends to dependents)- Day care assistance for children up to 5 years old- Zurich life insurance- Gympass- Zenklub- Parental leave extended- Certifications and Training- We will pay 50% of the total costs of an English regular classes with the schools that partner with RDI- Great chances for career growth
