We are hiring an O9 Integration Lead At Stefanini LATAM, we are looking for a trilingual professional (Spanish, English, and Portuguese) to join the team of a multinational leader in the consumer goods industry. Your mission will be to lead the global and regional integration of the O9 platform, connecting it with key systems such as SAP ECC, APO, Salesforce, and more, driving a high-impact global transformation project.
Languages: Advanced Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
Responsibilities- Lead the global and regional integration of O9 with SAP ECC, APO GATP/PPDS, SAC, TGM, Salesforce, and the upcoming migration to S/4 HANA.
- Collaborate with Global MDS teams to design, test, and stabilize integration paths, ensuring uninterrupted platform operations.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses, identifying technical and process nuances per market.
- Provide program status updates in governance forums.
- Lead the regional integration team (internal and partners), defining milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Develop business contingency plans for critical integration touchpoints.
- Support project management deliverables, including sprints sign-off and risk mitigation plans.
- Work closely with DevOps and MDS teams to ensure delivery and ongoing support.
- Travel availability up to 20% within the region.
- 10+ years of experience with SAP ECC, SAP APO, and supply chain planning systems.
- Proven experience leading technical and functional integrations.
- Advanced English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Residence in LATAM (preference: Brazil, Argentina, or Mexico).
