As Director of Omnichannel, you will empower our brands to deliver innovative engagement strategies that inspire, educate, and support healthcare professionals (HCPs) in achieving the best outcomes for patients. Through visionary leadership and advanced marketing, CRM, and technology, you will drive differentiation and impact—transforming lives by helping HCPs use our products to their fullest potential. Key Responsibilities Build and articulate a compelling vision for omnichannel engagement, inspiring teams and stakeholders to embrace innovative approaches. Design and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies that integrate digital, CRM, and technology platforms to create seamless, personalized experiences for our customers and partners. Lead and develop teams across multiple countries, fostering talent and collaboration to deliver outstanding results. Support and empower our brands, ensuring each one achieves its full potential through differentiated omnichannel strategies. Drive stakeholder engagement at the highest levels, collaborating directly with presidents, vice presidents, and directors across the region to co-create impactful solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results in brand differentiation, customer loyalty, and market growth. Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate our omnichannel capabilities. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership aligned with our core values. Requirements Proven experience in business roles, with a strong track record of leading teams and developing talent across different countries. Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into actionable results. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights for decision-making. Exceptional resilience and self-drive, focused on delivering results and building the future with urgency and purpose. Relentless execution focus, able to turn vision into reality and drive projects to completion. High influencing power and critical thinking, able to engage and persuade senior stakeholders across the organization. Curiosity and a passion for mapping future trends, always seeking new opportunities and innovative solutions. Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior leaders across Latin America.
