Fusemachines helps organizations identify opportunities where AI can be best utilized to transform and grow their business.**About the role**:This is a full-time position (contract)We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Data Analyst with expertise in Looker Studio to join our team. The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts to analyze, interpret and visualize complex data sets, and provide insights that inform critical business decisions.**Responsibilities**:- Lead a team of data analysts in designing, building, and maintaining complex dashboards and reports using Looker Studio.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and develop data-driven solutions to business challenges.- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions.- Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support business requirements.- Identify and implement best practices for data visualization, reporting, and analysis.- Work with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.- Participate in data governance efforts to maintain data quality and integrity.- Mentor and develop junior analysts to build a strong data analytics team.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on business intelligence and data visualization.- At least 3 years of experience using Looker Studio to design, build and maintain dashboards and reports.- Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex data sets.- Experience with data modeling and schema design.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior analysts.- Experience with data governance, data quality, and data integrity efforts.- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status._lwlJgCUM2V
