This role is required for new strategic job roles as daveloper to transform services delivery, key to achieve better NPS scores.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**ServiceNow DeveloperRequired Technical skills:Experience with ServiceNow ITSM configuration and customization.Experience with Configuring complex Service Catalog offerings in ServiceNowServiceNow CSA CertificationLanguages: Portuguese, Fluency on English.Soft Skills: Technical Leadership. Growth Mindset. Curiosity and Self Learning. Engagement, excellent attitude and good willing. Passion for Kyndryl and Clients. Energy and transformation skills to drive delivery transformation and innovation. Self driven. Good team work and inter personal relationship.
