Job Title: ETL Data Quality Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ETL Data Quality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, migration, validation, cleansing, verification, and identifying data mismatches. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data quality metrics to measure data accuracy and completeness Develop and maintain data integration processes from source to staging to data marts and data load Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues Provide technical guidance on ETL tool implementation and optimization Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance Requirements: 5+ years of experience in data/ETL testing and data quality management Hands-on experience with Stibo (MDM testing tool) or similar Experience with ETL tools such as Ab Initio, AWS Glue, Informatica, Alteryx Knowledge of ETL processes from source to staging to data marts and data load Prior experience with cloud-based MDM or ETL testing Exposure to DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD pipelines Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth Professional development and training opportunities
