Talent Pool - Project Management MEP Brasil Join to apply for the Talent Pool - Project Management MEP Brasil role at Turner & Townsend . Job Description This is a Talent Pool from where we extract talents according to hiring demand; please don't expect a short‑term follow up. Only candidates that meet the required background and experience will be contacted during the year. The mechanical electrical and plumbing coordinator is responsible for analyzing electromechanical and special installations, verifying that they meet technical specifications and Mexican legislation norms, preparing and controlling reports, monitoring contractor craftsmen qualifications, and recommending improvement actions. The MEP works with Pipe/Mechanical disciplines and involves direct day‑to‑day monitoring of the work site. Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate construction drawings, technical specifications and scope of work on site, comparing project against Mexican or international standards and client standards. Apply methodology to develop construction schedule and cost estimates to contribute to WBS and project reviews, and support value engineering. Contribute to risk analysis and update project risk matrix. Interpret, apply, and implement safety standards and best practices. Install process, electrical, and mechanical equipment. Inspect plant fabrication of piping and equipment, and installation. Plan and execute checkout, pre‑commissioning and commissioning. Plan, schedule, and execute work. Familiarize with quality requirements to define and review quality plans. Plan and manage work for self and others. Facilitate and participate in design reviews. Understand scope of work/drawings/documents and clarify any doubts of the contractor. Review and evaluate contractor bids in bid leveling. Communicate regularly with client operations on day‑to‑day site activities to plan stoppages and interfaces with existing buildings and systems. Prepare, issue, and present reports and attend weekly meetings as scheduled. Qualifications Experience working in a similar position. Construction experience is mandatory. Engineering degree or any construction‑related degree is mandatory. Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus. Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
