About the Role As an SDET Tech Lead, you will oversee the technical aspects of test automation, guiding a team of SDETs in building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks. Your deep knowledge of software development and testing principles will ensure efficiency and accuracy across all testing activities. Responsibilities Define and implement technical strategies and frameworks for test automation and quality assurance. Lead and manage a team of SDETs, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews. Facilitate collaboration between QA, development, and other departments to enhance software quality. Oversee the development and maintenance of advanced automated testing systems and infrastructure. Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices, tools, and processes. Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and test automation across the organization. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software development and testing. Proficient in leading test automation projects and guiding junior SDETs. In‑depth knowledge of advanced testing methodologies and best practices. Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing. Expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of quality assurance.
