Atividades: Desenvolver e executar estratégias de crescimento para aumentar a base de usuários e o engajamento em todas as plataformas digitais da empresa; Identificar e aproveitar oportunidades de crescimento por meio de análise de dados, testes A/B, otimização de conversão e outras técnicas de marketing; Liderar a equipe de growth, fornecendo orientação, definindo metas e garantindo a execução eficaz das iniciativas de crescimento; Colaborar com as equipes de produto, marketing e desenvolvimento para alinhar as estratégias de crescimento com os objetivos da empresa; Analisar métricas de desempenho, como taxa de conversão, retenção de usuários e ROI, para identificar áreas de oportunidade e propor melhorias; Experimentar constantemente novas abordagens e táticas para impulsionar o crescimento, mantendo-se atualizado com as tendências e práticas do setor; Estabelecer e monitorar KPIs de growth, criando relatórios e apresentações regulares para comunicar o progresso e os resultados alcançados. Requisitos: Ensino Superior Completo em Marketing ou áreas afins; Sólido conhecimento em técnicas de growth hacking, marketing digital e análise de dados; Experiência prática em ferramentas de análise de dados, como Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, entre outras. Horário de trabalho: Comercial Flexível
