**Then come and join our global team as **Marketing Lead Point-of-Care (POC)**_ _
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will develop annual marketing plan for LATAM.
- Collaborate with head office to implement all collateral support material for internal (sales, clinical and marketing), as well as external customers, slide presentations, etc. needed for training promotional activities
- Establish relationship with KOL and other important stakeholders; identify and capture insights from physicians, healthcare professionals and national healthcare administrators/ systems to drive product strategy and execution
- Support markets with develop and plan promotional campaigns, including direct mail, social media and advertising, where applicable
- Analyze effectiveness of promotional programs through analysis of sales trends, market shares and other key metrics, and manage the ROI of these programs
- Monitor, report and counter tactics towards competitive activities, as well as, similar emerging technologies
- You will actively lead and participate as trainer in sales education & regional meetings
- Contribute and participate in international conferences/ congresses, organize scientific symposia and advisory groups
- Coordinate with global marketing/ franchise leads to launch, manage, and monitor:
- New product launches
- Global sales programs
- Implementation of global product strategy in zones
- Ensure utilization of tools and techniques required to create deal transparency
- Coordinate with global sales operations and roll out initiatives
- Drive sales excellence and funnel management in LAM zones
- Join LAM Head of POC in business review with markets
- Coach and support zones in optimizing in the process to achieve coverage, win rate and financial target
- Conduct business governance to ensure effective management of Partner Target Agreement, Incentive and other business management initiatives
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Have at least 5-8 years of work experience in diagnostic healthcare industry
- You possess strong communication and presentation skills which are of great importance to deliver a complete message to a multicultural and diverse audience (employees, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals).

- Fluent English language is a MUST
- You have a passion for technology and innovation
