Business Analyst – Pleno About the role: As a Business Analyst, this position requires a native Portuguese speaker with intermediate to advanced English skills and experience in the Life Sciences or healthcare sector. The role involves on-site work (3–5 times per week) and focuses on process improvement through app development, UI/UX expertise, and compliance validation. Responsibilities Standardize stakeholder processes, manage contracts and vendor documentation, ensure data quality, and support Salesforce-related tasks. Constant mapping and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Plan and execute development tests and implement new applications (apps) to assure improvements happen as aligned. Standardize and validate all processes of stakeholders' teams within the company's compliance and best practices standards, controlling deliverables, deadlines, data quality and pipelines. Contract management, registration of relevant information within client's information and systems. Validate vendors' documentation hired by other areas within the company. Access to market and Salesforce in a bureaucratic context. Active participation in alignments and meetings (according to the team's needs) for demands / FUPs (for both Cognizant and client's end). Work model Hybrid: 3 to 5 times / week on-site. Qualifications Languages: Portuguese (Native), English (intermediate to advanced).
