**Job Summary**
As our next SAP Consultant specializing in Finance to Manage (FTM) with a focus on incident management, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of SAP systems related to financial and treasury processes. Your primary duty will be to handle and resolve incidents promptly and efficiently, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve incidents, implementing preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences. Additionally, you will provide expertise in FTM modules, offering guidance and support to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.** **This position will be based out of
our location in Araucaria (Parana/Brazil).
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Incident Management**:
- Receive, assess, and prioritize incidents related to SAP FTM processes, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Investigate the root cause of incidents, utilizing diagnostic tools and methods to identify underlying issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate critical incidents and coordinate efforts for swift resolution.
- Document incident details, resolutions, and preventive actions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- ** Functional Expertise**:
- Provide guidance and support to end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with project teams to configure, customize, and optimize SAP FTM modules to align with business requirements and industry standards.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and system optimization within SAP FTM, proposing and implementing enhancements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- ** Documentation and Training**:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including incident reports, system configurations, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge transfer and training.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FTM functionalities, incident management procedures, and best practices to ensure proficient system utilization.
**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree) or equivalent abilities in a suitable field, such as IT, Engineering or Business Administration
- 10 years or more experience as an IT specialist, consultant or business analyst
- Expertise in one or more SAP module(s) and in end-to-end processes like
- Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), Product Costing (CO-PC), Sap S/4 Hana Finance
- Experience with projects and process optimization of similar scope in an international setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
