• Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales in a client-facing role
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and present product demonstrations

• Provide insights to product management for enhancements that meet customer needs

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Proficiency with the employer's platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
• Background in the healthcare-provider sector
• Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, and professional services

• Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
• Location preference in Minnesota
• Willingness to travel as required
