We believe that diverse teams foster greater innovation and contribute to a more creative and welcoming work environment, allowing employees to be who they really are and express their full potential.**MAIN PURPOSE**:- Lead the development of Solutions Concepts in a standardized manner from early phases up to launch, including Registration dossier submission (End-to-End pipeline) to grant global/regional/cluster advancing decision for approved product/solution pipeline and ensure a flawless communication process;- Responsible for harmonizing and elaborating the field development plan, experimental and official protocols, define the technical profile and positioning of new solutions and support the project decision and execution based on all data generated to create value for Customers;- Ensure adherence to the regional Crop protection strategy for Disease Management in alignment with the Mission CP and related stakeholders.**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:- Leading testing strategies, for all projects categories including new molecules, new formulations and LCM projects in LATAM, with basis on alignment with Global ASMs, regional Marketing, Market Development and grower needs;- Manages fast product development to minimize time to market; contribute to global, regional and local development discussions and decisions and ensure data integrity/availability all along the process and its appropriate documentation (Solution Concept) and project management;- Monitoring and follow up field trials to directly observe, products performance and identify both internal methodological improvements and Customer needs that need to be fulfilled with new solutions;- Leadership of Regulatory strategy within FS to ensure high quality Biodossiers; accountable for timely submission and support transition to automation;- Core member of the CP Mission teams across LATAM and part of the Product teams to enable CP development and launching to ensure grower success;- Leadership in Solution concept definition in alignment with key stakeholders; ensuring cluster-country grower insights are key elements considered for solutions concept definition;- Accountable to develop and incorporate best practices across the clusters ensuring high quality of data;- Regional accountability and contribution to global projects and initiatives with proper cascade to regional level;- Champion for Field Solutions technology and digital initiatives (digital fluence, big data, statistics, automation);- Leadership within the team to enable ONEFS27 mission and related Transformation initiatives;- Closely cooperate with Local Regulatory Science and L2-L1 commercial organizations to efficiently implement Product Agronomy strategies for the LATAM countries;- Ensure in collaboration with Local Field Agronomy Hubs full compliance with all relevant regulations in agronomic field development in the cluster;- Ensure knowledge transfer plan is developed & implemented in partnership with Market Development and CP Mission in the clusters;- Support global and regional crop and portfolio strategies by providing local technical expertise for new solutions, life cycle management and defense projects;- Representatives in external technical committees or associations (FRAC, IRAC, HRAC);- Attract, develop and retain talent within the region to foster constant innovation and maximize diversity. Support the development of Best in Class Skilled and engaged team to create innovation in a safe and DEI based workplace.**KEY WORK RELATIONS**:- Agronomic Solutions Managers and Specialists LATAM;- Agronomic Solutions Managers within Product Agronomy Hub (Global and cross regions);- Field Agronomy Latam: FAs in Conosur, Brazil and Norla; FAST; Sample Logistics; Operations and Digital Field Hubs representatives in Latam;- Regulatory Science; Agronomic Services; R&D PMO; One R&D Latam;- Product Mission team CP by cluster; LATAM CP Asset Management;- Growers, dealers and distributors;- Open innovation, Universities, other companies & associations/CROs.**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?****Must have**:- PhD degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or other correlated fields (Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Data Engineering) or MS degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience;- Demonstrated leadership effectiveness in driving technical strategy, innovation and developing people;- Excellent ability to transfer trial information into product/solution conc
