Overview ADP is hiring a Lead Developer Culture We foster a dynamic, inclusive team environment with collaboration and belonging. Responsibilities Work within a Scrum team to bring designs and ideas to life for new or improved web applications, supporting internal and external clients. Participate in daily scrum calls to prioritize and track work, selecting user stories within sprint cycles. Spend most of the day developing and testing code, working on projects currently in production. Qualifications Expert in Java with a firm grasp on Spring Boot, JavaScript, and React. Familiar with open source tools such as Apache KAFKA and experience with front‑end, scripting, and back‑end technologies. Passion for learning new technologies, eager to tackle stretch assignments, and enthusiastic creator.
