Responsibilities Responsible for development and implementation of best‑in‑class logistics practices supporting AGCO’s short‑ and long‑term strategic objectives. This includes managing inventory, continuous improvement, supplier performance, Industry 4.0 technology and ERP utilization, and defining standardized materials and logistics processes across AGCO units. Lead projects to improve internal logistics service levels, optimize costs, and manage inventory, including packaging development and strategic replenishment initiatives. Drive technology adoption across suppliers and internal logistics areas, enhance Warehouse Management System functionality, and execute best‑practice logistics vision and policies. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field (MBA or specialization in Operations Management or Lean Manufacturing is a plus). Fluent in English. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
