Regional Director

As Regional Director - Latin America (LAC), you'll lead one of Ten's most dynamic and fast-growing regions, with a focus on operations in Brazil, Mexico, and Spanish-speaking South America. You'll be accountable for the region's full performance – from P&L and operational delivery to service excellence and client relationships – guiding a senior leadership team across multiple countries and cultures. This is more than a leadership role. The role You'll be accountable for delivering the company's key performance objectives in the LAC region – leading teams across multiple countries, balancing global frameworks with local market realities, and ensuring world-class service delivery. You'll partner closely with Service, Client Services, Proposition, Technology, Finance, and People teams to capture growth opportunities and strengthen client partnerships across established and emerging markets.
