We're a dynamic, remote-first global team—fostering award‑winning creativity, a no‑red‑tape approach, and great vibes We're looking for a Video Editor with a strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and character development, ideally with experience in drama or episodic TV. Responsibilities Edit director‑approved scripts and raw footage into cohesive, compelling episodes. Craft episodic drama content, focusing on long‑form storytelling and maintaining emotional pacing. Exercise creative judgment to reorder shots, reframe scenes, and reshape sequences to enhance narrative impact. Produce engaging short‑form videos from feature‑length content, adding subtitles, music, and other post‑production elements. Requirements Experience in long‑form editing (drama, TV shows, films). Proven ability to shape story structure, rhythm, character arcs, and emotional pacing. Confident in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a plus). Color grading skills are an advantage (s‑log grading). Creative mindset with deep script analysis skills. Ability to download large source material (2 TB storage and good internet connection).
