**Job Summary**
As a Experience Designer you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our products. With a focus on prototyping you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs. Your expertise will help drive innovation and enhance customer satisfaction contributing to the companys growth and impact on society.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and development of user-centric prototypes that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in prototyping to create interactive and visually appealing designs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design strategies.
- Ensure that all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
- Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the organization.
- Collaborate with the Demand Planning and Warehouse Management teams to incorporate domain-specific insights into design solutions.
- Leverage your language skills in English to facilitate clear and effective communication across teams.
**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in experience design with a strong focus on prototyping.
- Demonstrate proficiency in design tools and software relevant to prototyping and user experience design.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
- Have experience or knowledge in Demand Planning and Warehouse Management within the consumer goods sector.
- Show excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Display a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) UX Design Certification
