Job Responsibilities
  • Apropriação mensal das despesas antecipadas e suas reconciliações;
  • Analisar despesas mensais e executar as devidas Provisões/Rateios e reclassificações devidas;
  • Analise de Receita e corte;
  • Lançamentos contábeis manuais;
  • Conciliação, Analise e lançamento da folha de pagamento;
  • Revisão e envio do cronograma de fechamento mensal e Spreadsheet control ( trimestral);
  • Arquivos e conferência das reconciliações contábeis;
  • Reconciliação de impostos e devidas regularizações;
  • Fazer conciliação de diversas contas do Ativo e Passivo, comparando o relatório contábil (razão) com o relatório suporte (planilhas, relatórios do módulo financeiro);
  • Preparação das rotinas de fechamento mensal pertinentes às suas atividades;
  • Dar suporte aos relatórios gerencias e reports a Matriz (HFM entre outros);
  • Suporte nas entregas das obrigações acessórias pertinentes entregas ao governos e demais órgãos regulatórios (ECD, ECF, IBGE, BACEN, etc).
Job Requirements

Formação Mínima

  • Superior completo na área contábil, administração de empresas ou áreas correlatas

Formação complementar

  • Desejável Espanhol – nível básico
  • Desejável Inglês – nível básico
  • Conhecimentos em SAP (Módulos FI e CO)
  • Conhecimentos em Mastersaf
  • Pacote Office

Experiência

  • Minimo de 02 anos na área de contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.
