Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.**TSYS, a Global Payments company, is the payment stack for the future and operating in more than 75 countries around the world, we process billions of card transactions each year.****As part of our growth as a card processor in Latin America, we are looking for a Product Development Manager to be part of our team in Brazil.****If want more reasons for choosing us, we can help you**:- Flexibility to work from home- People centered environment- Contact with teams from different countries- Attractive policy of salary and benefits**What Part Will You Play as a Project Manager?**- Manages all aspects for the implementation of large scale and complex projects related to payments industry/card processing solutions, assuring the projects are completed on time, with quality, and within budget;- Designs, communicates and implements an operational plan for completing a project, and monitors progress and performance against it;- Facilitates and manages the analysis of project requirements, identifies and understands the cost estimates, resources, and time required to complete the project(s);- Acts as a liaison with other areas at TSYS, to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project;- Works with stakeholders and identifies and establishes priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones and ensures the project is delivered to the internal and/or external client’s satisfaction.**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree;- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable;- Previous experience in the Payments/Cards Industry;- Wide experience as Project Manager for implementations;- Good communication, resilience and leadership skills;- Advanced English Level (Speaking, Listening and Writing).
