As a **.Net Developer**, you will play a crucial role in the analysis of technical requirements, leveraging your expertise to propose solutions that seamlessly align with the overarching business objectives. Your responsibilities will extend to close collaboration with business analysts and various stakeholders, actively participating in the gathering and clarification of requirements.

- Employment type: Full-time- Shift: Night Shift - Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST (with flexibility as long as it's within the US timeline)- Work set-up: Remote/Work from Home
**What do you need to succeed?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a.NET Developer or Software Developer.
- Strong proficiency in:
- C# programming language.
- ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core.
- Entity Framework or other ORM frameworks.
- Front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with database technologies, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience in AWS.
- Knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
