About the Role Grow qualified leads to our nearshore staffing solutions using paid media strategies and sophisticated HubSpot automation. Own the engine that connects innovative US companies with world‑class engineering talent in Latin America, leveraging Google Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot. Use data to craft high‑performing B2B campaigns, sell with trust, authority, and multiple touchpoints, and maintain a positive, engaged personality that strengthens our remote, transparency‑first culture. Key Responsibilities B2B Media Planning & Strategy HubSpot Ownership: Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert, building workflows, lead scoring models, and attribution reports that connect ad spend to closed client deals. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive media plans targeting decision‑makers at startups and enterprise companies needing to scale engineering teams. Market Research: Conduct deep analysis to identify where technical leaders consume content and how best to reach them. Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging B2B trends, AI integrations in marketing, and new channels for reaching technical talent buyers. Sales Enablement: Advise the New Business and Account teams on recommended budgets and strategies to support pipeline goals. Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee paid media campaigns with a focus on LinkedIn Ads (Account‑Based Marketing) and Google Ads (High‑intent search). Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies to ensure day‑to‑day execution aligns with our strategic vision. Full‑Funnel Analytics: Track B2B KPIs beyond clicks—focusing on MQLs, SQLs, Cost Per Discovery Call, and Pipeline Velocity. Optimization: Analyze campaign data to identify improvement areas, such as refining audience segments (e.g., targeting specific tech stacks like React or Python) to improve lead quality. Budget & ROI Management: Manage and allocate media budgets to maximize Client Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency, forecast pacing, and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality. Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or media buying; experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or SaaS is a plus. HubSpot proficiency: deep experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, landing pages, list segmentation) and CRM integration; HubSpot certifications highly preferred. Paid media expertise: strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. Analytical mindset: proficiency in Google Analytics 4, HubSpot Reports, LinkedIn Insights Tag. Strong communication: excellent interpersonal skills to explain complex marketing data to non‑marketing stakeholders.
