Esta pessoa deve ser pró-ativa, orientada aos detalhes e demonstrar excelentes habilidades analíticas, bem como trabalho em equipe e habilidades multitarefa. Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para aqueles profissionais que procuram se desenvolver em uma das empresas que mais crescem no setor Responsabilidades Apoiar a área de Recrutamento na identificação e contato inicial de potenciais candidatos para nossas buscas. Propor novas alternativas para a identificação de candidatos. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos atuais da área. Gerenciar os avisos nos diferentes portais de emprego com os quais trabalhamos e avaliar os candidatos que se candidatam a eles. Identificar e analisar os perfis profissionais nos portais de emprego para as diferentes buscas que temos aberto. Qualificações Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe. Atenção marcada aos detalhes no trabalho diário. 1+ experiência de trabalho anterior (é uma vantagem). Nível avançado de inglês. Benefícios Modalidade 100% remota - trabalhe de qualquer lugar.
