Job Overview Lead Business InnovatorWe're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Lead Business Innovator.You must have business-level Japanese proficiency and strong analytical skills to drive business growth.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, specifically in consumer e-commerce, is required, along with hands-on expertise in GA4 and proven conversion optimization.This role requires a high degree of autonomy, impact, and opportunities for growth. Work Arrangement You will work remotely with flexible hours, but need to overlap with UK business hours (roughly 9am-6pm GMT). Responsibilities Analyze our GA4 setup to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase conversions. Conduct customer interviews to map the customer journey from Google search to booking confirmation. Present actionable insights that inform business decisions.
