**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoscience, Petroleum Engineer, Software Dev, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing digital projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project.
**Personal qualifications**:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent thinking with a solution-oriented mindset
**Language**:
You are experienced in creating and giving presentations, both in Norwegian and English.
