Senior Development Analyst (Node.js) TOTVS | Florianópolis - SC | Remote Job Description We are seeking a technical and business authority to join the Integrations team within the TOTVS HR Platform. This role involves participating in medium and high complexity projects focused on solving integration challenges between TOTVS products, the broader ecosystem, and external partners. You will be expected to add significant value to the product and contribute actively to the professional growth of the team. Responsibilities and Attributions Perform maintenance, implementations, or services of medium/high complexity involving business rules, requiring low supervision and minimal support. Implement software requirements using technologies including PHP, Node.js, and React . Deeply understand the software architecture and actively contribute to it by analyzing components, organization, and functionalities. Create high‑complexity tests (manual or automated) to ensure developed functionalities meet desired behavior, utilizing team requirements and testing tools. Document all development stages, registering progress in versioning and documentation tools. Guide and collaborate with the development team to define business, architecture, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing. Maintain high software quality by verifying processes, tools, and best practices relevant to the product and technology stack. Mentor less senior developers by addressing questions, disseminating knowledge, designing/architecting solutions, or providing supporting documentation. Detail medium and high complexity requirements through direct contact with clients and project stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Complete higher education in Technology or related fields. Expertise in Data Integration (APIs, messaging, etc.). Strong Programming Logic foundation. Advanced level proficiency in Database systems. Mastery of programming languages, especially PHP, Node.js, and React/Next.js . Advanced foundation in Unit Testing. Intermediate level knowledge of Software Architecture. Experience with Agile software development methods. SaaS environment experience. Experience with Kafka, Redis, and NSQ . Experience with Docker . Desirable Requirements Prior knowledge of HR product business rules.
