Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to contribute to our engineering team. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new features and integrations. Advance software platform capabilities using Ruby on Rails. Design and build third-party integrations with B2B healthcare systems. Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, writing unit tests, promoting development best practices, and working independently with minimal oversight. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Ruby on Rails, including version 7+, and strong background in JavaScript and frameworks like Stimulus. Experience taking the lead on complete features, showing initiative to solve complex problems, and creating/consuming APIs. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of software development principles, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team.
