Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, writing unit tests, promoting development best practices, and working independently with minimal oversight. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Ruby on Rails, including version 7+, and strong background in JavaScript and frameworks like Stimulus. Experience taking the lead on complete features, showing initiative to solve complex problems, and creating/consuming APIs. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of software development principles, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team.
