For more information, please visit: About The Team/role The Regional Operations Team serves as the strategic brain behind local market performance, fully accountable for business outcomes in each region. We focus on understanding the dynamics of local merchants, realizing user growth, and coordinating delivery services to ensure seamless operations. With a results-driven mindset and a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, the team drives merchant growth and engagement, refines the user journey, and works closely with delivery partners to improve service quality. In this role, you'll be... Responsible for merchant base size, activity, and healthy business performance. Signing & Planning： Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities across multiple dimensions, and guide the BD team to acquire high-value merchants efficiently. Operations Policy: Utilize policy adjustments to guide merchants toward high-quality information presentation, address merchant issues, enhance merchant activity and per-merchant yield, and ensure healthy platform operation. Merchant Marketing： Develop merchant marketing strategies, mobilize merchant subsidy resources, and coordinate with the BD team to drive implementation. Honeycomb Competition： Build a battle map, formulate exclusive strategies for premium merchants, benchmark merchant activities, and increase market share. Targets & Budget： Plan budget allocation, set recommended targets, establish cross-functional alignment, and evaluate and review strategy effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration： Collaborate with the Delivery side to balance supply and demand, and optimize the delivery experience. We're eager to be in touch because you have... Bachelor's degree or higher; 3+ years of experience; prior experience in Internet merchant/partner strategy operations or business analytics preferred. Excellent logical and structured thinking; strong ability to synthesize and distill insights; data-aware with solid data analysis skills. Integrity, strong communication and collaboration skills, and self-driven. English proficiency is required to work in a language environment.
