Workster is partnering with a leading company in the gaming and digital entertainment sectors. They provide innovative solutions that enable clients to offer top-tier experiences to their users. Their services range from development and platform integration to marketing, user acquisition, and customer support.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Manager with a strong background in iGaming, sports betting, or digital entertainment to join the team in São Paulo, Brazil. Only candidates with proven experience in B2B sales within these industries will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Match customer needs with company products using a consultative sales approach.
  • Lead B2B commercial efforts within the iGaming, sports, or digital entertainment industries and implement growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Sales for a client-focused approach.
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian and international market regulations.
  • Define and communicate unique selling points.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Drive sales from lead generation to contract signature.
  • Ensure customer success and satisfaction post-sale.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
  • Develop sales forecasts and business plans.
  • Analyze market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Focus on clients in LATAM, Europe, South Africa, and Australia.
  • Network to create new partnerships with key clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in the iGaming, sports betting, or online gaming industry.

Strong understanding of LATAM, Europe, South Africa, or Australia markets.

Familiarity with high-growth, customer-facing sectors like gaming and digital entertainment.

Strong CRM skills for managing sales pipelines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and networking skills.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of Brazilian and international market regulations.

Proven track record in meeting sales targets.

Analytical skills for market trend analysis.

Experience in B2B sales and business development within the gaming industry.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Fluency in English and Portuguese;
additional languages are a plus.
