Responsabilidades
  • Coordenar o processo de planejamento financeiro, orçamento e forecast.
  • Monitorar e analisar os principais KPIs da empresa, identificando desvios e propondo ações corretivas.
  • Desenvolver relatórios e apresentações financeiras para a liderança e investidores.
  • Elaborar análises de cenários e modelagens financeiras para suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Gerenciar e otimizar a base de dados financeiros, garantindo a precisão das informações.
  • Atuar como ponto focal de Investor Relations, preparando materiais para reuniões com investidores e reports periódicos.
Requisitos
  • Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em FP&A, Investor Relations ou áreas financeiras estratégicas.
  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel e ferramentas de análise financeira.
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão financeira (ERP) e ferramentas de visualização de dados (ex: Power BI, Tableau).
  • Capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e comunicação clara.
  • Inglês avançado para interação com investidores internacionais.
