About Our Messaging Platform We are the leading messaging platform for real estate professionals in the United States. Key Responsibilities Develop high-impact features across a Node, Typescript, and ReactJS tech stack. Design scalable systems and drive technical decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product ideas to life. Owning user experience, performance, and system design. Translate complex user journeys into clean, scalable code. Build for scale using GCP, PostgreSQL, and microservice-based architecture. Proactively identify technical gaps, raise flags, and propose improvements. Contribute to maintaining a high-quality codebase while delivering quickly. Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in SaaS or product-driven environments. Strong background in software architecture and cloud-based development. Deep expertise in Node.js, React, and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Storage, SQL. Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL — database design, optimization, and maintenance. Solid understanding of CQRS, DDD principles, and distributed system design. Experience in defining and implementing microservice architectures. Effective communicator who can explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with fast-moving Agile environments and team velocity, iteration, and improvement.
