Como Store Manager/Gerente de Loja, você será uma Embaixadora da Marca, transmitindo os valores do Grupo Oniverse com compaixão, dinamismo e espírito de equipe. O que te espera nessa função? Ser a referência principal na loja, garantindo o sucesso comercial: Liderança inspiradora : tudo começa com as pessoas; motivar e desenvolver sua equipe; Gestão estratégica : controlar Indicadores comerciais; VM : assegurar layouts da loja atrativos e alinhados com as diretrizes de visual merchandising. O que você vai aprender e desenvolver com a gente: Habilidades de Comunicação: atendimento ao cliente, contato com Departamentos, Franqueados, etc; Habilidades de Liderança: capacitação e desenvolvimento das competências de gestão; Habilidades analíticas e estratégicas: acompanhamento e análise de dados para potencializar a performance, gestão do tempo e produtividade; Desenvolvimento de estratégias comerciais e layouts para lojas com foco em conversão (VM). O que você precisa ter: - Ensino Médio, um forte interesse e/ou experiência nesta área.
