We are looking for a candidate to manage the onboarding of 3PL (third-party logistics) partners from start to finish, coordinating compliance checks and ensuring all partner documents meet legal and financial requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with the legal, finance, and operations teams during the process and keep onboarding guidelines (SOPs) updated.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the onboarding of 3PL (third-party logistics) partners from start to finish.
  • Coordinate compliance checks and make sure all partner documents (e.g. CNPJ, tax records, bank details) meet legal and financial requirements.
  • Work closely with the legal, finance, and operations teams during the process.
  • Keep onboarding guidelines (SOPs) updated and look for ways to make processes more efficient.

Requirements include:

  • This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026.
  • Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Experience in logistics, delivery platforms, or shared economy operations is a strong plus.
  • Experience with data analytic tools such as SQL or similar tools.
  • Organization and proactivity, with a great willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
